What is the Code of Ethics and Conduct?
The Code of Ethics and Conduct is a document that outlines the rules governing the company’s operations and directs the decisions and actions of all professionals at Grupo SSA, service providers, suppliers, and business partners with regard to their conduct, to achieve ethical and transparent coexistence.
Who does it apply to?
The Code of Ethics and Conduct applies to everyone who impacts our business and is impacted by it: SSA, currently formed by São Salvador Alimentos Participações S.A. and its subsidiary São Salvador Alimentos S.A., as well as all employees, apprentices, interns, statutory and non-statutory directors, board members, committee members, members of the Fiscal Council, if applicable, customers, suppliers, production partners, service providers, representatives, and third parties, directly or indirectly related to Grupo SSA.
