Youth and Adult Education Program (EJA)

It is of special importance as it fulfills social and economic functions, enabling professionals to move beyond basic education, leading to gains in autonomy and self-esteem and providing better chances for development. Leaders Academy – Equipping managers to prepare them for increasingly strategic positions within our team. Pre-Leaders Academy – Preparing professionals for future opportunities for advancement within the company. Youth Apprentice Program – Preparing participants for a professional career in the industrial field, thus enhancing their employability. The course covers a variety of updated topics, such as legislation, ethics, society, sustainability, and issues related to industrial processes.

PCD Inclusion Project – Strengthening an environment based on respect for human beings, allowing greater inclusion and attraction of PCD (persons with disabilities) employees in the company.

Culture and Norms Reinforcement Program – Enhancing the knowledge of new hires on the company’s mission, vision, and values, code of ethics and conduct, structure, and history.

Awareness and Recertification Training – Focusing on important topics for maintaining the company’s culture and achieving its strategy, such as the Well-being Program and the Compliance Program. Daily work routine training, aimed at standardizing activities, increasing productivity, and quality.
