Starting this cycle, we began our journey towards the principles of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), a global coalition that shares the vision that communicating value generation is an evolutionary process for corporate reporting. GRI and IIRC are methodologies that complement each other and on which we have based this Report.

The content presented reports the operational performance of our units and our consolidated financial result between January 1 and December 31, 2020, as well as advances in environmental management and relationships with our key stakeholders: customers and consumers, employees, suppliers, investors, among others.

In line with good practices, all information has been externally assured by KPMG Auditores Independentes to ensure transparency in accountability.
